To celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, our family visited GreyHawk 402, which had been beautifully renovated. The condo was roomy and cozy with seating for six people in the living room and dining area; it was on the top floor so it was quiet. The kitchen supplies were adequate but there were some minor maintenance issues such as a broken hairdryer, a doorknob that had fallen off, and missing dishwasher detergent dispenser lid. Also, the queen mattress was old and low quality; when you rolled over it squeaked terribly and wasn't comfortable at all. It should be replaced with something better quality. Parking presented problems too since visitor parking spots weren't available in the gated area despite us having called ahead about additional parking – though street parking is an option outside of winter months thankfully. Customer service left much to be desired as well since they didn't make any effort to answer questions or address concerns nor did they ask how our stay went when we checked out despite me mentioning why we were there multiple times. All things considered, I'd suggest this unit but only if improvements are made by the company first.
