My overall rating is 2.5 stars. I take part of the responsibility for this not being a successful living experience because I was unable to view the apartment prior to moving in--definitely something I would advise against. The process of securing the rental was difficult, with a confused leasing agent that refused all methods of verifying income that were presented. Even after our FaceTime walkthrough, she sent me a video featuring an open living room which was not actually present in the one we moved into as there was a large fireplace taking up most of it. As a result, items like rugs and furniture had to be returned due to lack of space and we had asked for an upper floor unit but ended up below someone else, making noise from footsteps quite loud at times. When asked about roaches during our virtual tour, we were told they weren't an issue when in actuality they appeared multiple times each month. The paint job looked rushed and sloppy with splatter marks on toilets/bathtubs while they refused any rent reduction despite this issue or allowing us to break our lease without consequence (which wasn't feasible financially).
