I had only positive experiences living at Trails Bend, a great apartment complex offering many amenities no one else can match. Its fire pits, gated community, and pool/hot tub are arguably the nicest in Springfield. The apartments are nice and the neighborhood is good; it's mostly quiet even though it's off Campbell with some background noise. The community is kind and everyone made me feel like I was home. Safety-wise, there was never any issue with car break-ins or anything else. Whenever I requested maintenance help it was done quickly. There has been a recent manager change to Noah; my encounters with him have all been great! He seems to be making changes when they're suggested and really cares about each resident's happiness--I called him once about something concerning me and he came over right away to make sure everything was okay. With Noah as manager now, Trails Bend will remain one of the best places to live in Springfield. So disregard any negative comments you may have heard--it has been an amazing place for me as an out-of-state resident who needed somewhere safe yet nice to stay!
