I recently rented an apartment at O'Neil Tower, and the leasing office staff were very helpful, professional and organized. I mainly dealt with Sareena Kassim who showed me the renovated gathering room on the 5th floor. It can hold up to 12 guests and is equipped with a TV, microwave, fridge and AC unit; additionally, it has fancy furniture in perfect condition and an attractive design. The building has been renovated recently with new carpets in the main floors as well as art paintings. The suite I rented was clean with lots of space for a reasonable price compared to other buildings that don't have its strategic location (close to an LRT station in downtown Calgary). There are still areas for improvement such as renovating the swimming pool (which is currently in progress), updating fridges at units with modern technology.

The suites in this building have potential due to the nice amenities and layout, but unfortunately the electrical could use work and the bedbug infestation has taken longer to treat than promised. As for other amenities, a Tennis court is off limits due to broken glass, while the Sauna has been out of order for months. The staff can be helpful and friendly at times, however some are cold and distant. A special shoutout goes to maintenance staff who were prompt with requests! In conclusion, this place could be great if certain issues get resolved in time; I will revise my review then.

I have resided in O'Neil Tower for more than twelve years and the location is ideal - every essential amenity is within easy reach. The management team, Gordon, Sareena, and Sarah are all highly competent and devoted to keeping the building in good condition. Special mention goes to Sareena who is doing a fantastic job! There's also a dependable security staff that works after hours, as well as a 24/7 call centre which caters to residents. This building features many great facilities like an outdoor pool & tennis court during summertime, a modern party room, gymnasium, laundry room with 14 washing machines & dryers each; plus a WiFi area with comfortable seating lounge in the mail room. Lastly, suites have been recently renovated so you can expect top-notch service here - kudos to O'Neil Tower for this!
