The office staff and maintenance crew of Indian Springs Apartments are undoubtedly the best part of living here. Rosa was especially kind. I am also grateful to Bell, Alexa and other members for being so friendly and helpful when I went there to collect my packages. They took prompt action when I had noisy neighbors or air conditioning problems, which made a difference in my living experience. When it was time for me to move out, they were very accommodating which completed the whole process smoothly. The rent is still lower compared to similar apartments in the region and during my 5 years stay here, everything went well: no bugs at my place, respectful neighbors, clean laundry facilities with no overcrowding; not even once did someone park their car in mine! The grounds are neat while pool/barbecue areas are excellent. I felt safe all the time while walking around there; definitely a good deal given high rental prices around Valley (they could have charged more but still had lots of tenants).
