The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with no bug issues. However, there are a few things to be aware of: 1) Onboarding took too long and documents had to be sent multiple times; 2) The hydro/gas/water bills are high - in winter it can reach up to $300-380 and during summer $250-280, even without using a dishwasher; 3) The gym is very small for the whole building, only enough for 2-4 people at one time; 4) There are many rules about what can and cannot be done here; 5) They dictate what can be kept in the balcony that you pay for, but this won't be told when signing the agreement - anything not furniture is considered a fire hazard; 6) In wintertime the parking lot was not cleared properly with snow stored in paid spots so we often had to park in visitors parking; 7) Visitors parking is only paid parking which is also seen in other apartments managed by this company; 8 ) They try to present themselves as modern upscale apartments but really it's like any other new apartment - rent increases substantially along with parking costs and hydro bills being upscale too.; 9 ) Delivery packages have been stolen from or damaged due to poor parcel room planning before they added locks later on ; 10 ) Storage room was unavailable due to The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with no bug issues. Pros: newer building with good lighting in units; convenient location; management is improving, albeit slowly. Cons: initial onboarding process not smooth; parking fees are pricey compared to other apartments in the area; visitor parking now charges Toronto-style rates and rent was hiked significantly after one year's lease. Overall, the issues raised by reviews are valid and while the building appears nice and fancy, there is hope that management will improve.
