Parking on private streets is available with garage parking an option too. The courtyards throughout are kept in excellent condition with ivy covered walls providing coolness in summertime. Property management here has been incredibly responsive - emails answered within minutes during business hours - repairs completed same day - clear emails about their policies which are enforced. Maintenance of property inside/out is top notch from shoveling paths to trimming hedges; small issues tackled quickly preventing them from becoming bigger problems; pests removed/prevented proactively. Though no pets allowed per se, Emotional Support Animals okay per city/state regulations plus being courteous to neighbours essential!
