This apartment complex should not be rented from After living there for nine months I am so happy to have left I was shocked to find out that my new place is much nicer than the last one and at the same price The actual apartment was very dirty and outdated plus it didnt look like what was shown on the site The common areas were usually filled with trash and even worse the garbage room had heaps of garbage that made it unbearable to be in there Additionally the elevator would never work so people wrote negative comments about the building on its walls check out picture People really didnt respect this place water would get shut off without warning almost weekly because of old plumbing making it hard when in midshower or washing clothes The office wasnt helpful with requests or questions either and took a long time to give me my rental history over two weeks which almost prevented me from getting a new apartment They only answer if you call as someone interested in leasing an apartment not as a current resident Packages were left unsecured in front entry area which meant people could just take them away at any moment thefts of packages were often reported too To sum up please do not choose this complex there are better options for this areas money especially if you can tour it personally first more ... hide ...

My experience with this property management company was the worst I have ever had When it was still under previous ownership things were good then it changed and everything went downhill Two months before my lease expired I asked about renewal and they said I could keep going monthtomonth at my current rate A week later though a letter arrived saying my rent would increase by 300 or more if I stayed monthtomonth This left me no time to give notice since it started the following week so I had no choice but to pay the uptick in price The letters dates were all over the place and didnt match up either When I showed them emails saying it would stay at the same rate they said another employee had been there then who hadnt given accurate information They claimed comparable places around me cost more yet their apartments were outdated with little amenities their gym was terrible equipment stolen not replaced TV not hooked up poor ventilation plus packages can only be picked up during business hours which is hard for weekday workers like me To make matters worse everything in my storage unit got ruined from mold while renting an underground parking spot along with it wood items in totes and plastic containers all destroyed yet when asking Wendy if shed let me stop paying for that she said we arent liable for things in garages so kept paying even without using it After giving notice which she accepted a few days before leaving without checking more ... hide ...
