Living at River View Apartments has been a positive experience for me: the apartments are large, rent is reasonable, and the tenants are quiet. Plus, you can't beat the view from a water-side apartment! The units feature double sliding glass doors that lead to huge screened-in porches. Inside the apartments there are high ceilings and sunken living rooms; bedrooms are spacious too. Even though I downsized from a two bedroom to one bedroom, I managed to fit all my furniture in it comfortably. The staff here are friendly and communicative, especially during these uncertain times of pandemic. Although they're slightly older buildings, they're still generally well-maintained and secure.
One area of opportunity is that there aren't enough dumpsters in certain areas - this causes trash to pile up around them and attracts vermin like cats or raccoons. To fix this issue more dumpsters should be provided by management/ownership. Additionally, kitchens in one bedroom apartments can be cramped - even with upgraded stainless steel appliances there's no icemaker or microwave included (which would free up counterspace). Finally ceiling fans should be considered an apartment standard rather than something you pay extra for as evidence shows theLiving at River View Apartments has been a positive experience for me: the apartments are large, rent is reasonable, and the tenants are quiet. All things considered though ,the benefits of living here outweigh any potential areas of opportunity; hopefully management/ownership will recognize this too!more ...hide ...
