I am about to conclude my stay at the best apartment complex in the area that offers a great value: Madison Place. If I ever move back to Cincinnati, I would live here again without any doubt. The leasing team is always kind and accommodating, making it very easy for military personnel to break their lease with no issues. It is located in a convenient spot close to restaurants, shops and the Bengals/Reds stadium; moreover, from certain units you can enjoy spectacular views of Kentucky and Ohio's cities across the river. Apartments are spacious with hardwood flooring throughout, marble countertops and large walk-in showers. There are two lounges available for residents with outdoor grills too! Plus every Friday there's free breakfast snacks in the lobby and happy hours as well; not forgetting its gym equipped with plenty of machines plus an Echelon bike & Mirror workout systems (the only downside being no leg machines). And there's 24/7 security guard on duty at ground level plus direct access to Marriott bar from lobby too! Though one has to pay extra for larger trash removal or find another place since dumpsters aren't allowed inside parking garage.
