The upkeep of the cabin was not ideal; the blinds wouldn't close, window cranks were missing pieces, windows from outside were grimy, and both balconies had green slime. Plus there were dings in walls and stairs, and the flooring was very worn. The dining table was falling apart and tiny. Bromine levels in hot tub too high for jets to run without causing skin and breathing issues so lid had to be kept off 30 minutes for fumes to escape. Beds uncomfortable - felt like sleeping on springs - plus cleanliness also lacked; macaroni on kitchen floor, lamps heavily dusted, hair on shower wall from previous guest; dirty window sills/ledges with cob webs; living room chairs stained needing cleaning. Front desk could have been more personable- a txt asking how stay was would have been nice so I could mention issues earlier- texted them about hot tub but only suggestion given was 15 minutes with lid off due to bromine allergies. For what I paid here I expected better service & upkeep of cabin.
