It is advised to not rent here because Hollyburn has been doing nothing to repair the out-of-order elevator which will be unusable for more than a month. Additionally, there have been numerous thefts of packages and documents, a bike stolen, and cars broken into with damages from the leaking pool. During the two fire alarms that have occurred recently, no information was provided to residents; furthermore, smoke was present in stairwells during one incident. Fire sprinklers should be installed due to the amount of residents living in this building. The outdoor pool is unclean as it has not been drained or cleaned properly in over a year. The gym is closed and washers/dryers are unreliable; also when it snowed they just threw salt instead of shoveling the area.
