My girlfriend and I were residents at the Onyx for almost one year with our petite pooch. We both relished living there and appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and convenience of travelling to Winnipeg from Pembina. Furthermore, the apartments were exquisitely finished, and our friends always complimented our apartment's look. We fully availed ourselves of the gym, sauna, and rooftop barbeque! Additionally, we got along very well with all staff members; particularly Kaitlyn - the property manager - who usually was given a bad rep on here yet she was always very helpful to us in anything we needed. It is important to note that people are more prone to post negative reviews rather than positive ones; so take them lightly. Our advice is be polite towards everyone you meet and you will have an excellent experience!

We've been living in the Onyx for a month now and it's been great thus far. The suite was in excellent condition when we moved in and cleanliness was top-notch. Although the view to the north is blocked, you can still see the northern lights! I was seeking an apartment that would be well maintained with many amenities, accessible by public transport, near stores, and had friendly management/staff. If you want what I wanted when I started looking for a place to live here then look no further - this place has it all! Don't let any negative reviews sway your decision; this place is wonderful and if you're considering moving here then do it!
