This abode has great locales, boasting a modern and sophisticated structure. With its rooftop lounge, fitness area, saltwater pool, and BBQ spot - as well as floor-to-ceiling windows - the place is marvelous. There is underground parking for visitors and personal lockers/bike racks to keep everything secure. An exquisite view of the city can be seen from the rooftop with free WiFi available for work. You may also have a drink or grill some food while taking in the scenery or exercising/practicing yoga. There's also a pool to cool off in plus a sauna! It's been outfitted with all manner of up-to-date amenities (e.g., full fridge/dishwasher) plus it’s only a short walk to the LRT station and whatever else you need; truly top notch!
Ignore Sarah Connor's offensive assessment. Living in Centretown means you'll hear ambulances and firetrucks often, and during my 11 months here they stopped close to the building twice due to emergencies in the area. This city has a bigger problem with homelessness than just your neighborhood, so don't think that certain areas are being ignored because of your own preferences. To refer to it as "rough/tumble" is extremely thoughtless. The surrounding streets are quiet, neat, and have lots of services and parks (and it's a short ~10 minute walk away from Parliament). The building itself is tidy, security is strict, and there are great amenities. Easily the best apartment I've ever lived in!
