I've stayed in a lot of places, but this one was by far the worst. The only upside was that it was clean and in a great location. They gave us one fob for eight people, but the building wasn't secure as everything else (including the elevator) was open. Our room had two rolls of toilet paper and four towels for eight people over four days, though there wasn't even a shower curtain! We couldn't do any cooking either since there were no kitchen basics like baking trays, bowls or knives - we had to call reception every day for something! Even worse, they'd just open our door without knocking and throw it in. None of the outlets worked in the main bedroom either; plus one toilet clogged up immediately - there was only a shared plunger on our floor which was pretty gross! This place really made me laugh!

We reserved a two-bedroom suite for one night and the contactless check-in was somewhat confusing, but it was still safe during the pandemic. We were given a key fob that allowed access to both the building and parking area. We had the option of having the elevator stop at any floor, but felt slightly uneasy since we could go up or down stairs to other floors. The kitchen included all necessary amenities such as liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, and hand sanitizer. The living room was well-furnished with Shaw Cable HDMI TV, windows with white blinds, and a folding sofa bed. The washroom was clean too; additionally, there was a full washroom in the master bedroom.
