Zero stars, if it was possible to give negative stars I would. I resided there from 2019- early 2022. Reviews saying "live here if you don't value your health" are completely accurate and I advise that anyone who moves in there should record all interactions/documentation with office staff and maintenance. On my first night, the hot water in my shower was stuck; emergency maintenance didn't appear even after numerous calls. They arrived the following day but damage had already been done to the walls due to steam. The office said they had submitted the order and maintenance would return but that never happened so I was still charged for it even though it was not my fault (I admit). Furthermore, every winter or any cold weather period, windows, balcony door and main entrance were not adequately insulated. My heater had to be on 24/7 at over 80 degrees just for me to be able keep warm enough which worsened my existing health issues when exposed to cold temperatures. Weather strips were attempted as well as metal strips and blankets but none of them worked (see attached images- windows were FROZEN INSIDE despite blankets).
