The property managers have installed an electric vehicle charging station but my partner and I have been waiting for a new stove to be put in for 3 months The one that is currently in our unit has been broken since we moved in and it beeps continuously Whenever we bring this up with the property managers they just tell us that they are working on it yet nothing changes We had to buy a toaster oven and countertop burner so that we can cook our meals as the property did not provide us with any working appliances On movein day we did an inspection of the unit however three months later no issues found during the inspection have been addressed again they told us they were working on it One of these issues was merely paint touchups which shouldve been done right away Its absolutely ludicrous how these property managers act all they want is rent money but don't care about providing decent living conditions to their tenants more ... hide ...
