My partner and I have resided in the Lake Heights complex since 2017, originally in a 2 bed 1 bath unit. After a year, we decided to upgrade within the same building to a 2 bed 2 bath since nowhere else could compare. All of our needs are met here - ample storage space, laundry within the premises, kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and gas fireplace. Walmart is close by and Hamburg village is just minutes away; access to highways 5 and I-90 is similarly convenient. We even had a free Crunch fitness membership for the first year plus a loaned TV during our stay; furthermore, neighbors are generally quiet and staff always friendly and helpful with inquiries or maintenance requests. The only thing missing was recycling pick up which we can easily overlook considering how much there is to appreciate here! Shannon along with other Lake Heights personnel have taken great care of us - if not for moving out of state soon, we would be extending our lease here without hesitation.
