I work for another property management company and have given Skyline a pass when it comes to detail, cleanliness, and grading. The older buildings are kept up very well, so I hope this great living experience can be maintained. Additionally, a proper bike rack should be provided because the snow plow unfortunately wrecked my son's bike.

The property managers have installed an electric vehicle charging station, but my partner and I have been waiting for a new stove to be put in for 3 months. The one that is currently in our unit has been broken since we moved in, and it beeps continuously. Whenever we bring this up with the property managers, they just tell us that they are working on it yet nothing changes. We had to buy a toaster oven and countertop burner so that we can cook our meals as the property did not provide us with any working appliances. On move-in day, we did an inspection of the unit; however, three months later no issues found during the inspection have been addressed - again they told us they were 'working on it'. One of these issues was merely paint touch-ups which should've been done right away! It's absolutely ludicrous how these property managers act; all they want is rent money but don't care about providing decent living conditions to their tenants.
