I live here and generally speaking, I'm very content with my surroundings. The neighbours are friendly and the superintendents are excellent; it's all positive. Unfortunately, there are some major drawbacks as well. Firstly, the parking lot is quite dangerous and people have had items stolen from their vehicles for a while now. Despite this, we must still pay $50 every month for parking even though management can't seem to resolve the issue. Secondly, electricity is provided by Wysemeter solutions which has appalling reviews if you take the time to look them up - your first bill will be $300 more than normal due to additional fees on top of what was actually used ($20). It's been such a bad experience that I felt it necessary to caution anyone considering moving in here; Wysemeter solutions are nothing but a swindle since they assume people will pay whatever they charge out of necessity for electricity.
