I have to start off by recognizing that the maintenance crew does all they can, however, the building is never cleaned and there has been what appears to be oatmeal stuck to a wall for two months. Additionally, expect vomit stains and trash in hallways often. Halls get cleaned only once each year when people move out. There are fire hazards like fire extinguishers in hallways and units that haven't been inspected in years, plus apartment doors don't shut securely - another potential fire hazard. Packages generally get left outside the building or in the mailroom for anyone to take. Rent is on par with luxury downtown apartment prices but not as gorgeous. Friends had to call Hamilton county health department because Ustation wouldn't address a black mold issue and allowed them out of their lease instead of remedying it. We also needed a new dishwasher since they put cheap machines into units; it took ten days for one to arrive but it's not even level or able drain properly now. A tip would be taking an upper floor so you hear any sound from neighbors above and beside you. Snowstorm? It took property management seven days just to plow those sidewalks! My favorite part of my Ustation experience was when the fire alarm went off twice at 2am; it required some time before property managers came so firefighters could enter - another violation of safety codes? They seem more preoccupied with getting units filled than caring more ... hide ...
