The building manager is quite unfriendly and often gives people a harsh look as they leave. Additionally, he drives his truck without paying attention to where he's going. The apartments are not too bad apart from the infestation of bugs; there's enough space and the appliances are reasonably up to date. Moreover, neighbours generally don't bother you much. Nevertheless, I wouldn't suggest living here until something is done about the bugs – there are plenty of spiders by the main entrance, silverfish in many properties, and earwig-like insects in the porch area; it has been this way for some time now.
