In terms of location, it's quite central as close to the freeway, in comparison to my previous living situation in West Allis off of Greenfield Ave. The first nights here were oddly tranquil without any cars passing outside or sound from neighbors - a huge step up from before! The amenities are great as well: all appliances work properly, there's a built-in washer/dryer which is super convenient, stove with timer and plenty of cabinet space; wide pantry included! The living room has its own private balcony/patio along with many outlets around the entire apartment; shower heats up quickly and bedrooms fitted for California King mattresses plus lots of hanger space in closets. One feature I especially appreciate is the online portal for applicants and residents; I completed my application entirely online without having to go into an office.
