The apartments here are not the best, as the walls are incredibly thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. The smell of cooking from other apartments comes in strongly, and my downstairs neighbor has even burned things multiple times! Even though we pay for pest control every month, I only saw a maintenance worker once in my five months living here. Additionally, the trash bins are not taken care of by residents and end up piling up for days until someone cleans them. There is not much storage space either; it's really only good for one person in a one bedroom home. When I moved in there were old stains from previous tenants still on the kitchen counters which cannot be removed. Furthermore, they had yet to get their laundry building up and running after five months - they prioritize fixing unrented buildings over current ones that people live in. They show you their best apartment when trying to get you to sign a lease so that you don't know what you're getting into- unfortunately this was my only option at the time. But I did like having keyless entry to my apartment.
