Living here was a truly awful experience; from the terrible management to the building in dire need of repairs and fumigation. It caused us so much stress, anxiety and even health issues due to the pests. We saw mouse droppings all over, and they actually ran around our feet! There were cockroaches too and we even had a bed bug scare - all somehow blamed on us. Worst of all, she lied to potential landlords that we hadn't paid rent and were bad tenants. If it wasn't for us catching on, we could have been homeless by now! I highly recommend you do not live here; if you already are then get out as soon as possible while documenting everything!

This building is in terrible shape and the management is atrocious. It's plagued with mice and roaches, and the building manager is hard to handle; consequently, many residents move out within a month or two of moving in. Don't rent here! You will be held responsible for any difficulties; everything Jennifer says should be taken with extreme caution. All floors have a roach infestation but the second floor has it the worst. If you spot ONLY one cockroach, document it straight away. Do not let Jennifer tell you that it's "not an issue" or "under control". Call for pest control at once – they tend to get more active during summertime. The only good thing about this place are its occupants!
