The apartments may be small, yet cozy; however, the noise level is a major issue. Unless you acquire one of the top floor suites, I would not advise living in this building. It is deemed a "family building", so noises such as stomping and banging against walls are tolerated by management. If you have children it could be suitable, but it will not do if you work shifts or need a tranquil setting.
