    Having lived for more than two years in the building adjacent to Valleyview Manor, Gainsborough, I experienced a situation in the shared visitor parking between these structures. This resulted from the inadequate maintenance by the Valleyview Manor management and caused over $400 worth of damage to my car. Attempting to contact them through email or phone call was fruitless as they evaded my inquiries and still refuse any form of compensation for this destruction. Therefore, one should be mindful when renting or buying a property at Valleyview Manor.
