Residents, be warned! I have been living in this community for almost three years, and the first two were great; so much so that I left a review expressing my pleasure. However, in 2021 Avalon sold it to a new owner and since then the condition of this complex and my experience has taken a dive. Writing this review now to caution any prospective tenants of this building to look elsewhere. Many of the positive reviews come from when Avalon owned it which is now misleading. The problems I have encountered include: The intercom system for visitors, housekeepers, etc., has been broken for over a month thus leaving doors open all day/night allowing anyone access into the building with no explanation from the leasing office on its repair status or if they are looking into it. Additionally, all garages' doors have troubles resulting in multiple car break-ins with no communication sent out to warn residents or ensure their safety; furthermore, there is an Amazon Hub but no assistance from leasing office making packages easy targets for theft or loss. On top of that, general condition of building has worsened with stained carpets in hallways and constantly slamming doors due to broken mechanisms.
