My experience with renewing my lease at Broadway Ridge has been quite the rollercoaster. Initially, with the change of management, I was worried but Emily Sherpy proved to be a great property manager and worked with me during difficult times. She referred me to a rental assistance program which took months to approve and could have easily filed an eviction but did not. It was such a blessing! However, now that I'm coming to the end of my lease I'm not as pleased. The management has changed three times since moving in and it's only gotten worse with each one- it's impossible to get anyone on the phone for any reason! We had a flea outbreak (even though we don't have any pets!) which took over a month to take care of and whoever manages this property is quite rude. All this combined with no amenities or playgrounds for kids makes them way too expensive in my opinion- if you have other options, I'd recommend going there instead. Having said that, since moving in two months ago my living experience here has been great- it's so quiet even on weekends day/night! The grounds are clean and there haven't been any bugs anywhere in my apartment either!
