Emily Martin Arms is in a wonderful spot. Although the building is aging, Susan, the manager, does an admirable job maintaining its clean and neat look. She routinely vacuums and tidies up the complex. For $995 per month, you get a nice apartment with parking included and it's only fifteen minutes away from engineering facilities on campus by foot. Being able to walk to school has been enjoyable since Garneau is so appealing. The most noteworthy feature of EMA would be Susan; she really cares about residents here and goes out of her way to help with heating or plumbing issues right away in a polite and professional manner. Thanks to her kindness, it feels like home at Emily Martin Arms.

I've been living at the Emily Martin Arms for nearly a year; the one bedroom apartment is roomy, in fine condition, and has a large balcony plus a parking lot. The rent is quite reasonable and the building itself, though old, is kept up nicely - always spotless. Susan, the building manager, is quite pleasant and professional; she's also friendly and eager to repair anything that needs fixing. All in all I'd highly recommend it as a place to live.
