I have been a resident here since 2014 and have seen the building make incredible developments. The new property manager, James, is very friendly and puts in an effort to ensure that not only the building but also its tenants are taken care of. Recently, outside lighting was added to create a safer environment on the street at night. It is great to see that management continues to prioritize our safety by making upgrades like this.

I used to live in this building a few years ago, and I'm happy to report that since the new building manager (James) took over things have improved greatly. There is now more security, my mail was never stolen, and break-ins are much less common. James is always around the building, responds quickly to any concerns or issues, and was very fair during move out inspection. Underground parking is available for a reasonable price ($60 at the time of writing this), however there isn't much guest parking as all street parking is either 10 minutes or 2 hours - usually full with people going to university/hospital. As for upgrades there has been some lighting and security improvements but overall it's still quite dated given how expensive everything in the area is which keeps it at 4 stars.

My initial review was positive, but since the switch to Parabelle and the departure of James, the building manager, things have taken a turn for the worse. Maintenance isn't being done and amenities like intercoms, elevators and locks on front doors are broken with no effort to fix them. The new manager has an unusual manner of communication and ignores emails/questions/comments. Despite this setback, there is still much to appreciate here - it's a great value for money with underground parking in Edmonton's climate; it's an overall pleasant place to live with ongoing improvements being made all the time.
