Since the new management took over, Hampton Court Apartments has had nothing but issues. The property manager, Priscilla Ramirez is very rude and unprofessional—unable to have a civilized conversation when tenants call about an issue. There is no office at the property; tenants must travel to another apartment complex managed by Priscilla which isn't well kept. She has started rules regarding parking even though there weren't any issues previously. Now everyone must have a sticker on their car or risk being towed miles away in Fort Worth, TX. The complex consists of elders on fixed incomes and families with low incomes who are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet; things were much better when Renters Warehouse was managing the property. According to the lease, each unit should be allowed two vehicles but Priscilla states two adults per unit can only have one vehicle each and get free parking stickers; if there's just one adult in a unit they must purchase a second spot for their second vehicle.
