The Tennant's statement is mostly accurate, however the company makes up excuses rather than admitting there has been a breakdown in the office for two years. They do reply to emails, but no one comes to take care of maintenance orders. For instance, there is a smelly dishwasher in the apartment that has not been fixed for over a month and the sink keeps getting blocked up. The Tennant board needs to visit and consider that people are paying $1500 per month to live in an unhealthy environment. Despite this, rent has never been missed for two years - thank you for this time living here.

Staying in the executive suite for one week to be near my daughter was splendid. For what I would pay for a hotel room, I got so much more! There was a movie theater, pool table, living area, kitchen and dining space, large bedroom and bathroom plus an extra one for visitors.

We were delighted to find an apartment that allowed large breed dogs without any restrictions. But our joy was short-lived; upon moving in, the suite was filthy. We didn't do a walk through with the office lady and some things went unnoticed - like puke on the guest bath sink lip, dog prints and dirt on the tub, paint splatters with painters tape still stuck to walls, and grease everywhere in the kitchen that couldn't be cleaned off. Water would also be shut off for 8 hours multiple times a month with no warning given. Elevators were booked without warnings as well which made it hard when we had appointments or wanted to take our stroller down to the parkade from the fourth floor. There was barely any notice when construction started for an addition which made loud noises with workers yelling. The bathroom fan would leak water all over our floors whenever it rained hard or snow melted in spring; they tried cutting out extra plastic from vents but this didn't work so we put out buckets ahead of time if we thought it would happen again. Floors and walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and those below you doing various activities.
