During our three-year stay at the apartment complex, I mostly had a pleasant experience. The area was perfect for running and exercising outside my front yard. In addition to having a lobby and gym, there were plenty of other amenities. The maintenance staff was quick to fix any issues, always courteous, and even added new tiles in one bathroom and replaced the bathtub in another. Those same staff members could be seen cleaning up the neighborhood grass and picking up trash. Walls and parking lots were power washed on a regular basis as well. They really went above and beyond when Hurricane Laura hit; they provided us with ice that was hard to find elsewhere during that time period - something we really appreciated! The only thing I would change is upgrading the appliances in the kitchen area; ours were outdated with rust on our fridge, dents all over it, paint looking cakey on some areas of cabinets, etc.. As for parking lot space? When more spots were added it helped but new neighbors weren't considerate of others when parking their vehicles close to us which created an issue - we had limited room to maneuvre out of our lane!
