Management's primary goal is to make money, so be careful when signing the lease. Once that is done, communication between tenant and management will quickly become scarce. Emails will go unanswered; requests will take forever, and follow-up is unheard of. There are several issues to keep in mind such as faulty fire alarms due to flooding, a fob system that works only half the time which may leave you stranded outside late at night and random water shut-offs from broken pumps from said floods. Safety and security also lack with personnel rarely around when needed most. The "dog run" was renovated last year but it's now worse off than before since it's only cleaned once a week making it more difficult for owners to cuddle with their furry friends after playtime. Ultimately, the building may appear cheap however for what you're paying these issues should not arise; ask current residents about their experiences if need be!

This building is quite attractive with some excellent features, however, in our 2.5 year stay here, we encountered numerous problems which could have easily been alleviated through improved communication from the management. The current community manager is more attentive so possibly other people's experience will improve. Typical issues such as broken elevators and burst pipes were present as expected in a new building. The maintenance staff are really helpful and cordial but security could be better; we had to phone them frequently about late-night noise levels and admittance issues.
