After a few months, I can confidently say that my experience here is superb. The staff are all very friendly, particularly Michaela who showed me around. I was worried the complex would be too noisy but it's surprisingly tranquil and peaceful. Even when people are out enjoying the picnic table amenities, there is no loud disturbance. I'm able to sleep in with my windows open without being woken up by anyone! Plus, the hot water never runs out; a great plus for showering! The pool and gym are always kept clean which is a nice feature to have here. From what I understand, new management has made some really great changes to this complex and they're doing an incredible job - landscapers frequently tend to shrubs, flowers and grass while street sweepers make sure the parking lot is clear of debris. My time here has been totally worth it - waking up happy every day in this environment makes all the difference! While reviews aren't usually my thing, I felt compelled to write one since my experience has been so positive at this complex.

After having lived here for over a year, I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Granted, it's not perfect but it's also not as bad as some of them make it out to be. For starters, the laundry only has two machines for twelve apartments and it gets quite busy and expensive. The rent is a bit high for what I'm getting-my bathroom is inside my bedroom which can be uncomfortable when I have guests over-but that was my choice since the other options were too small or on the first floor; heat/hot water are included though. As far as pets go, I haven't had any issues with poop or anything; last winter when there were no litter bags in the dog stands was an exception. Some pet owners don't pick up after their dogs or walk them without leashes which isn't allowed by complex rules either though. It's too bad they removed grills from the pool area but that does keep things cleaner at least. Parking can get tricky after 7pm since you might end up far away from your building even though there's plenty of space available in general. Luckily, no rat/insect problems where I stay and everything is usually quiet here as well.
