Every floor has a laundry room, garbage shoot and recycling bin; custodians come every day to clean 8am-4:30pm; maintenance is often present; there's 24-hour surveillance cameras; an intercom system with direct cell phone access for when your apartment number is dialed; a common room that can also be booked for privacy purposes; underground parking available plus an elevator. They also offer subsidised programs for people with disabilities or other needs via Housing Alternatives in Saint John Nb. Each unit has soundproof walls, heated ceramic tile floors, air exchange in all rooms as well as new appliances and excellent lighting - ideal for young professionals who want to live uptown but within walking distance of resources.
