For three years I occupied this place until approximately one year ago. Management has displayed significant improvement in the time since my departure and was very prompt when resolving any matters. The apartments are cozy yet minuscule, and I never encountered any pest problems. In winter months the temperature could be a bit low while summers were scorching without air conditioning (although it is possible to rent one). Despite being content with my stay, my family size has increased so I would not move back in, although these units are perfect for single individuals or those with a pet.

This building is appalling; do not be lured in by the promise of living in a "real castle" and sign a lease here. I've been living here for less than a year and during that time, the 'building management/maintenance' has had multiple changes, each being less efficient than the last. Upon moving in, it was absolutely filthy: there were liquified onions in the fridge crisper drawer, nicotine stains on the shutters and some kind of orange-brown residue on the toilet tank but I was told to clean it all myself because my predecessor moved out one day late and they didn't have enough time before I arrived. Also, there was an ancient stove which posed a security/fire hazard with scorch marks around its edges that didn't seal when closed plus insulation pulled out likely by rodents; they looked at it but never followed up afterward. Despite me reporting this multiple times (verbally & written), nothing has been done about replacing it yet so I often burn myself as all surfaces get hot when oven or burner is switched on - if something was leaning against it, then setting alight would be possible.
