Finding a pet friendly building with great amenities and staff in Vancouver is a challenge, however Bosa at Pendrell is truly remarkable! My husband, dog and I love it here- we know our neighbours' names and interact with the management team every day. Ana and Zoran are so helpful, always ready with treats for our pup Riley. The Parcel Pending system is also great- packages go into community boxes with lock codes so we can have peace of mind that no one will take them from the mail room. Tien and Keith watch out for that! When I first came to check out the apartment before moving in, Ana knew all of the dogs' names which made me sure this building was going to be awesome! The views from both the lounge and higher floors are breathtaking, plus it's close to restaurants, Sunset Beach (10 min walk) and Nelson Dog Park! Highly recommend this place.
