I am a current tenant of the Fox Glen community and I must say, I absolutely love it here. It's a peaceful and secure neighborhood with lots of greenery. The rent is fair and the amenities are up to date due to recent renovations in certain units. My unit is on the first floor, yet half of it is underground which was initially concerning but I can confidently say that during my entire year living here, there were no bugs or rodents present. Sunshine enters my unit sufficiently so there really isn't anything I have to complain about in regards to this matter. Occasionally, when people walk around outside, their noise travels into my apartment but it's nothing too loud that can cause discomfort. Everyone around seems very pleasant and friendly as well! The only issue I have faced was with heating during winter; since the temperature sensor is located in the living room, it gets warm faster than other parts of my home like my bedroom where only one vent exist which makes it difficult for heat to reach easily so on colder days I must raise the temperature quite high (85 degrees). Despite these minor problems however, you cannot beat their amazing management team!
