Living here since last year, the only thing saving it from receiving fewer stars is the lack of bug issues. In my first year, I had problems with my car being towed from a reserved parking spot that I paid for. When I returned to the apartments in my new car, the office was closed so there was no way to register it. After explaining this they didn't help, leaving me with a large expense that I couldn't afford. It made no sense why they wouldn't contact the tow company and allow them to release my car like they have the authority to do; a nasty action on their part. Additionally, there is rarely any visitor parking due to many spots being turned into "reserved parking". Every month there are hours where water gets shut off, never making good on their promise of working on it seriously. There's also an issue with stray cats hanging around carrying diseases and not taken care of by staff; plus dirty laundry facilities and minimum load amounts for cards without much clarity as to what you're paying for each month online unless requested directly from them.
