We stayed in the building for more than a year while our house was being completed and I would advise any owner to sell while it's still good and any renter to stay away. The summer heat was unbearable (even though we had air conditioning) and the winter cold made it just as unpleasant. The constant city noise and construction work started at 7 in the morning every single day, with jackhammers blaring all through our stay. The design of the units was bad, bathrooms too small, kitchens not suitable for cooking (no counter space). We experienced problems with parking as well: our car got damaged in a 'high tech' garage; couldn't access it several times due to maintenance issues; waiting around for other people whenever we wanted to take it out. In addition, walking around this area meant dealing with homeless drug addicts yelling at us or attacking us. Vacationers came and went on our floor often so there were always strangers around. To sum up: one of the worst rental experiences ever!
