The apartments and property management at this location in NW Portland are absolutely wonderful. Being close to town for restaurants, bars, and work, yet far enough away to have privacy is a huge plus. Plus, 29th Avenue has little to no thru traffic which means no loud street noise. The entrance of Forest Park is nearby so you can go hiking every day. It's also great if you have a dog since it's easy to take them out for walks in the park. On top of that, these apartments are cheaper compared to other housing options in the area - making it a great 'bang for your buck'. The neighbors were all very nice and quiet as well as the property management being efficient and professional with everything they did - from maintenance/inspections to laundry rooms being clean or mail never having any issues. Willow Finney was an exceptionally amazing landlord who welcomed us warmly when we moved there; she even coordinated get-togethers outside so we could meet our neighbors! In conclusion I highly recommend these apartments; if you're thinking about it just go ahead and do it - you won't regret it!
