I have been living in Forestview for four years, and I could not be happier. My two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit is in great condition, featuring attractive appliances, flooring, cabinets and counters. There's a walk-in closet and balcony, as well as large windows that brighten up the living room and dining area. Furthermore, it has plenty of storage space along with full sized washer/dryer. The landscaping is clean and well taken care of, full of beautiful trees and bushes which attract hummingbirds to my nectar feeder year round! The manager Lisha and the office team are wonderful - personable interactions make it feel more like a relationship rather than cold or curt. The maintenance guys Roger and Alix are excellent at their work; they respond quickly to requests within 24 hours - something I didn't experience at my previous apartments where they took days to respond while being rude as well. Despite whatever requests I may have that turn out to be simple or silly in nature, Roger & Alix remain friendly throughout. I strongly recommend Forestview!
