2023-02-11T11:00:04ZIf you're looking for a place to live where you're constantly surrounded by mud and jackhammers, then this is the place. You'll also have spotlights shining in your windows every night and no secure parking garage. The elevator most of the time doesn't work and there are no close entrances for groceries. Beware that you won't get advanced notice on small inconveniences such as having to park on the street, $90/month garage spots that aren't available, or hard water that will rust silverware and leave white mineral deposits everywhere. Note: Most of the positive reviews here are from building management!
