This building is highly recommended for any recent arrivals to Saint John. Not only is its location convenient, but the building itself is tranquil and has a friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, the view of the bay from our apartment was stunning. Bus routes, Service NB, banks and cafes are all accessible within a few minutes. The apartment was kept warm during wintertime with no issues to report. There is an elevator as well as carts for groceries, plus a pleasant laundry room. The icing on the cake for car owners - inside parking Ÿ‘!
