I have lived in a lot of places, but this one takes the cake as the worst. It was cheap, so that's why I stayed for an entire year lease. We had bugs right away and had to call an exterminator because it was in the lease that I must pay for it. The exterminator said there were no bugs before me, but everyone else I spoke to had the same issue and you could see them in the laundry room. Speaking of which, good luck trying to get anything clean; only half the equipment works and there was trash inside that never got taken out and a washer with standing water for 6 months! The yard maintenance guy is also a resident who actually broke my window with a rock! They told me it would be fixed but nothing happened until after 8 months when I moved out - then they tried saying he didn't mow that day which is ridiculous since I talked to him! He said “maybe it was dog poop” - unbelievable! The office personnel isn’t much better;the man is always rude without any reason while the woman manager at least has some courtesy while talking. There's also an emergency number after hours which does nothing - we called when our AC backed up so much water created a hole in my ceiling ruining my mattress yet no one answered for 10 days I have lived in a lot of places, but this one takes the cake as the worst. Even worse, we've had to call police on neighbors fighting with bricks in parking lot plus you can smell drugs from their vents. Nothing ever gets done if more ... hide ...
