The neighborhood is decent and peaceful, with only rare buses passing by causing sound. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage space and the views from above the fifteenth floor are beautiful. The neighbors are mostly quiet except for some exceptions. However, if you live below the fifteenth floor or have an apartment facing inwards, there will be another building right in front of you. Additionally, LRT construction has been an issue with its noise and dust; yet keeping windows shut helps to minimize it. Unfortunately, the management team doesn't seem too concerned about tenant issues; for example, renovation was done on all balconies and sides of building this spring/summer with extreme noise and dust that lasted from 8am-5pm daily for months without warning when I moved in two months prior or compensation/rent reduction offered which left me unable to escape this unbearable situation due to Covid closures - having serious mental health effects as a result of isolation. Even minor problems like concrete peeking through paint were brushed off with "it's an old building". On the other hand, more serious accidents such as leaking pipes were fixed quickly along with fixing most damage caused by them.
