This apartment complex is exceptionally good. It has underground parking with a cover, and the maintenance and managerial staff are excellent. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly. Extra storage units (for a fee) are available for belongings that won't fit in your home. The lawns look neat and tidy, and snow is cleared away during wintertime. You'll find plenty of shopping, eating out, and medical facilities nearby too; based on my two-year stay here, I highly recommend it!

I stayed in this building for 3 years and uncovered lots of issues with the building and management. There was a mouse infestation throughout the entire complex, and management didn't do much to help. To make matters worse, if you had kids, the premises weren't family-friendly as it was forbidden to play in the courtyard, and noise complaints would result in fines. The building manager also made false claims when I moved in; they said I'd get brand new appliances but that proved untrue as there were crumbs in the dishwasher and grease on the stove. This was all verbal so there wasn't any way for me to hold them accountable. It's best to get any promises from them down on paper or via email for your own protection. When moving out, I had patched up holes from wall decorations and sanded them but still needed a whole paint job - however this was stated as needing repair which put me at a disadvantage for getting my damage deposit back when painting due to wear & tear is actually necessary for all new tenants.
