Living in this apartment complex for almost two years, I have a well-informed opinion on whether or not to sign another lease. Pros and cons are explained below. Pros include: being almost all-inclusive; appliances, such as a washer, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher being included; WiFi is provided; with the lease comes a VIP card granting discounts at Snake River Landing businesses; cable was included previously; the clubhouse has many amenities including a gym and yoga room as well as game room and summer activities like an outdoor pool and fire pit. Maintenance is also great - fast and friendly. Cons include: cable no longer being included without an alternative/replacement option at present; Jacuzzi hours don't suit those with later work hours - they are strict about closing times regardless of circumstances; management could be better; small discounts from VIP cards (10%) in some businesses that don't accept them at all. Despite these negatives however, I still suggest this complex over any other in Idaho Falls due to its location, parking spaces available and friendliness of people living nearby.
